Job summary

Schaeffler in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a skilled machine operator for our production lines. You will prepare machines, set tooling and parameters, monitor production, and intervene in case of deviations to keep processes running smoothly.

You will inspect parts, follow procedures, and support maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to read blueprints, and proficient English, with opportunities for 2nd and 3rd shifts and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift medium‑heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
• Salary Range: $21.20 - $23.85
• 2nd and 3rd shift premium available
• Hiring Bonus: $1,500 paid out in steps
