Tory Burch is seeking a Material Handler II to support training and daily warehouse operations in our McDonough, GA distribution center. You will help receive, stock, pick, pack and ship products, while mentoring teammates and upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1+ years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• Experience with various warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Clear communication skills (English) and basic math abilities.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and WMS systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Train team members on best practices, equipment use and safety procedures.
• Assess gaps to tailor training and improve performance.
• Assist in meeting department goals and ensure process accuracy.
• Handle receipt, stocking, transfer of products, and inbound/outbound movements.
• Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Organize materials, manage stock, unload/load shipments, and assist as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and follow SOPs.
• Support overtime coverage, weekends and holidays as needed.
