OBE is seeking a Material Handler 2 in Newnan, GA to move aluminum extrusions from racks to the staging area for the saw operator. The role is full-time on 1st shift 10 hours, with safety as a focus.

You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, reading measurements, and complying with PPE requirements. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to work independently or with a team are valued.

Qualifications

• Manual handling in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure to 1/32 inch.
• Must lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk on concrete for 8–10 hours with safety gear.
• Read written instructions and follow verbal directions.
• One year of prior manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Move aluminum extrusions from racks to staging area.
• Assist saw operator and report to supervisor.
• Read tape measures and check dimensions.
• Maintain safety gear and orderly work area.
