Watts Water Technologies in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced Stockroom Associate to ensure material flow and accurate inventory. You will pull materials for production, organize requisitions, and maintain kit accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include Kanban replenishment, ERP transactions, and proactive shortage resolution. This permanent on-site role requires safety awareness and reliability in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Understanding of applicable safety, policies, and procedures
• Must successfully complete employment eligibility, background check, and pre-employment testing

Responsibilities

• Pull materials for job kits and production requirements
• Lead and organize material requisition pulling activities
• Issue job kits and materials accurately and track discrepancies
• Perform stocking and putaway with strong location accuracy
• Manage Kanban replenishment to support continuous flow
• Provide cross-functional backup support within stockroom operations
• Execute ERP transactions with accuracy for inventory tracking
• Verify kit availability and resolve shortages proactively
• Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Stockroom Supervisor
