O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse operator to support inbound/outbound distribution center tasks. You will handle merchandise, use RF scanners and WMS systems, and ensure accurate inventory control. Safety and quality procedures are a priority.

Role involves loading/unloading trailers, routing shipments, and assisting with training in assigned areas. A proactive, team-focused approach helps maintain efficiency during peak volumes.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping docs with merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handhelds, voice-picking, WMS and other warehouse tech.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor, shelving, and racking systems.
• Load/unload trailers, route trucks, and secure shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via scanning, labeling, auditing and discrepancy resolution.
• Follow hazardous material handling and safety standards.
• Keep work areas organized, clean and safe; report unsafe conditions.
• Serve as trainer in assigned areas when needed.
