Job summary

Watlow in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse / Materials Handler to process raw materials and kit deliveries and prepare orders for shipment. You will verify shipments, pack, label, and ensure accurate paperwork, supporting efficient production flow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standard work, lean practices, and data entry into systems. You will move materials with forklifts, participate in kaizen events, and contribute to on-time delivery and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years related experience in materials handling.
• Trade jobs: two-year degree or technical certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify the quality and quantity of shipments of incoming materials.
• Build packaging, pack, check product quality, weigh, organize and verify paperwork of shipments.
• Plan and coordinate movement of materials to optimize cost and service level.
• Move materials to production floor and manage inventory accuracy.
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts and other equipment as needed.
