Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a materials/warehouse professional in Minnesota to ensure the availability and accuracy of production materials.

You will handle parts from receiving to stock, prepare kits for production, and support inventory control processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include cycle counting, addressing backorders, and maintaining accurate material balances.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of materials/warehouse experience.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits for Production Control and distribute them to manufacturing.
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations.
• Receive and place parts into stock from Receiving/Inspection.
• Assist in tracking and filling backorders as parts become available.
• Maintain correct balances via Cycle Counts and investigate discrepancies.
