Job summary

Watlow in Winona, Minnesota, is seeking a material handler to process raw materials and kit deliveries, ensuring accurate packing, labeling, and timely shipment to production areas.

The role requires attention to detail, basic data handling, and the ability to work in a team. The position follows a Monday–Thursday 8:15am–5:15pm and Friday 8:15am–2:45pm schedule with a pay rate of $23.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Trade jobs – preferred two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (1-3 years).

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify the quality and quantity of shipments.
• Pack, weigh, and verify paperwork of shipments.
• Monitor materials performance metrics such as cycle count and inventory turns.
• Plan and coordinate movement of materials, parts, and finished goods to optimize cost and service level.
• Deliver correct materials to production floor and manage inventory.
