Job summary

Oatey Co. is seeking a warehouse associate to perform material handling, order picking, and RF-driven transactions at our Buford, GA site. You will use forklifts and RF scanners to put away, pick, load, and cycle-count inventory while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and forklift certification. Strong communication in English is essential to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

Two to Four (2-4) years of related work experience.
Forklift operator certification/authorization required.
Must be able to operate all types of material handling equipment.
Excellent communications skills, English fluency, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Use material handling equipment to place merchandise in assigned locations.
Select and load orders and verify SKUs; complete transactions via RF process.
Support replenishing for shipping area into pick lines.
Conduct cycle-counts and perform rework/return duties as assigned.
Ensure lost product and damages are processed nightly; verify quantities in system.
