Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of materials in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will receive materials, verify quantities, operate distribution equipment, and use SAP and Excel to support daily fulfillment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for full shifts, with opportunities for shift differentials and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain.
Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers) preferred.
Intermediate computer proficiency to navigate ERP systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, sort, store, and ship items per procedures and customer requirements.
Receive materials daily; verify quantity and documentation (packing list).
Work in varying temperatures and operate distribution equipment safely.
Complete Thermo Fisher training and adhere to ISO standards.
Respond to order inquiries and support internal/external customers.
Use PC applications including Microsoft Excel, E-1, and SAP.
