Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Frederick, MD is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, pick, pack, and ship materials to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team within a dynamic distribution environment.

You will work Monday–Friday with potential overtime, in a facility handling varied temperatures and hazardous materials, and you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No previous work experience required; distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• English reading/writing proficiency; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and/or shipment according to procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintain a high level of quality to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Verify materials received for accuracy including type, quantity, and documentation (e.g., packing lists).
• Safely operate distribution equipment as required.
