Job summary

Mohawk Industries (Dal-Tile) is seeking an intermediate-level Material Handler to join our team. The role focuses on stocking, checking, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials while operating forklift equipment to support order picking and shipping.

The incumbent will perform receiving duties, inventory checks, and maintain a safe, organized facility in compliance with safety programs and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; forklift operator certification required.
• 1+ year distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience with stand-up/sit-down forklift or order picker; pallet jack acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment and support picking/packing of orders.
• Perform receiving, stocking, labeling, and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with cycle counts and daily warehouse tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of outbound shipments and safety compliance.
