Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an entry-level Material Handler I for the 2nd shift. The role requires operating forklifts, handling orders, receiving shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

There is an expectation of up to 75 lbs lifting, with typical duties including inventory checks and light labeling. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to packing/shipping areas.
• Assemble and check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness; assist with inventory checks.
• Receive and unload inbound material; stock material and process returns; notify management of damaged shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and follow Safety Program rules.
• Perform other related duties as required.
