Job summary

Providien Thermoforming, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate for the 2nd shift in San Diego to handle materials, manage inventory accuracy, and support internal and external customer service. Responsibilities include stockroom operations, order picking, and packaging of finished goods, with a path to permanent placement based on business need.

You will operate forklifts and RF devices, verify shipments, and input data in IQMS while maintaining FIFO and traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control experience.
• One year of forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment to transport materials safely.
• Support material flow to production and minimize downtime.
• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments; load/unload trucks.
• Perform inventory transactions in IQMS to maintain records.
• Store materials per FIFO, lot control, and traceability.
• Maintain CNC fixtures and thermoforming tools organization.
• Prepare and package materials for internal transfer or shipment.
• Support 5S, waste management, and continuous improvement.
• Assist Shipping and Receiving to meet demand.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Other duties as required.
