Job summary

Epredia is seeking a Material Handler II in Kalamazoo, MI on-site to move inventory from receiving to shipping. You will use handheld scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to ensure accurate and timely customer orders while maintaining safety and compliance.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights up to 20 feet. This role supports warehouse, quality, and manufacturing teams and requires 2nd shift eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operating PIV equipment and Material Handling is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights up to 20 feet while operating PIV equipment.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, transfer, consolidate, and put away inventory with accuracy.
• Use handheld devices, printers, and warehouse systems for inventory movement.
• Create shipments, bills, packing lists, and labels meeting hazardous/non-hazardous requirements (49 CFR and IATA).
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers; load/unload freight.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace per 6S standards.
