Job summary

Stryker is seeking a warehouse/materials handler in San Jose, CA, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, OT as needed. You will receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and maintain inventory records to support production and distribution.

What You Will Do:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and update inventory management systems to support material tracking and accuracy.
• Prepare, package, and stage materials for shipment, production, or distribution activities.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, as required.
• Stock, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility to support operational needs.
• Follow documented procedures, work instructions, and recordkeeping requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize computer systems and engineering drawings to support inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Support team success by training others on distribution processes and best practices when needed.

What You Need:

$28.75/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
