Job summary

Schwan's Company in Ohio is seeking a full-time team member for a food manufacturing environment. You will move materials and supplies through the facility, operate handling equipment, and keep work areas organized by stacking pallets and disposing of scrap.

You will also place items in designated containers and perform intermediate audits. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to work in freezers with subzero temperatures for 4-8 hours per day.

Starting Pay

Starting Pay: $18.75 per hour Additional $1.50 shift differential from 2:30 p.m. -- 4:00 a.m. Shift: 1ST Hours: 3:30AM - 2:30PM

Mon-Fri (10 Hour Days) Some Mandatory Saturdays and/or 12-hour shifts

What You Will Do:

• Moving materials and supplies through the facility which may require the use of material handling equipment such as carts, conveyer belts, and pallet jacks.

• Stacking skids or pallets in designated areas, cleaning and disposing of scrap bracing cardboard and strapping.

• Placing items in proper containers or designated areas and conducting intermediate material audits.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of related experience.

• Must be able to work in freezers with subzero temperatures for 4-8 hours per day and stand up to hours per day.
