Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking an intermediate-level Material Handler for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM) in Sunnyvale, Texas. You will stock, check, wrap, load and unload materials, operate forklifts, and support receiving and shipping processes.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and at least 1 year in distribution/warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey to packing/shipping areas.

• Perform inventory stock checks, cycle counts and restocking.
• Receive inbound shipments and process returns; notify of damaged shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Follow safety rules and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an intermediate-level Material Handler to join our TEAM! As a material handler, we need someone experienced in stocking, checking, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.

Shift: 3rd Shift

• Monday- Friday
• 9:00PM-5:30AM

Primary Objective

Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and conveys orders to the packing station or the shipping area.

Major Function And Scope

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing materials, and conducting daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operates forklift equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Experience And Knowledge Required

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1 or more years of previous distribution/warehouse experience.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of previous stand-up forklift , sit down forklift and order picker equipment experience. No experience required for pallet jack.
