Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Production & Manufacturing teammate for first shift. You will load and unload materials, ensure correct materials are used, and assist with machine setup and adjustments. Safety and quality are priorities.

The role requires basic math, the ability to operate a pallet jack, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• English communication preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials into the machine.
• Verify correct material for production line and perform basic machine setup.
• Adjust machine components and troubleshoot as needed.
• Respond to indicator lights and display screens with required actions.
• Support safety, audits, and internal controls; document activities and maintain evidence.
