Apogee Architectural Metals in Wisconsin seeks a Material Handler I to support inventory control and order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with accuracy and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires operating basic material handling equipment, reading work instructions, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a safe workspace. Shift work with potential overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Operation of basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Ability to use and read measuring devices (tape measures).
• Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and SOPs.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency (data entry).

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory management, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting inventory.
• Read and follow work instructions and SOPs with accuracy.
• Perform data entry and basic computer tasks related to inventory.
• Maintain safe and organized work area; handle materials safely.
• Support all Material Handler I roles as needed.
