Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions activities at its Phoenix distribution center. You will process, move, and inventory merchandise while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping goods; operating WMS and RF devices; and ensuring accuracy of all shipping documents.

Qualifications

• Accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranties, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking, and reserve storage areas.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and freight shipments; ensure protection from damage.
