Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR wholesale distributor, is hiring a Material Handler I in Boynton Beach, FL. This role focuses on receiving, filling, and shipping products accurately and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, verify shipments, and ensure proper labeling and paperwork. The job requires basic math, safety adherence, and teamwork to maintain stock and support daily distribution needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain on the job.
• Experience with a picker, forklift, RF scanner, and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment safely to locate, store, and move products daily.
• Receive product by unloading trucks and inspecting for damage.
• Fill orders by picking, packing, and labeling for shipment.
• Maintain stock accuracy and participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment at all times.
