Job summary

Travero, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliant Energy, is seeking a detail‑oriented Material Handler I to move product between docks, trucks, and railcars, indoors and outdoors, with exposure to temperature extremes.

You will operate forklifts, assist with inventory accuracy, and support customers while complying with WMS/ERP systems.

The role offers a market-based salary range of $21–$24 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• 2 years forklift experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Experience operating electric high-reach forklift.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Experience in a food-grade environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Secures trailers to docks and provides trailer information to the office.
• Operates warehouse equipment to move product safely.
• Uses WMS/ERP and follows inventory procedures.
• Loads/unloads trailers, trucks and rail cars safely.
• Participates in inventory tracking and audits.
• Follows established safety procedures.
