Travero is seeking a Material Handler I for our Iowa operations. This role involves operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting multiple customers while building a long-term career with Travero.

The position requires safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A high school diploma and relevant forklift experience are necessary, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• 2 years experience operating an electric forklift.
• Experience operating an electric high reach forklift.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.
• Experience in a food grade environment (warehouse or manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Secures trailers to docks and provides trailer information to the office.
• Moves product within the warehouse using forklift and other equipment.
• Uses WMS/ERP and follows procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Loads and unloads trailers, trucks and rail cars safely.
• Participates in inventory tracking and audits.
• Follows established safety practices and procedures.
