Caterpillar Inc. in Midland, TX is hiring a Material Handler - Warehouse to safely load, unload, and move materials on site. Starting pay is disclosed with subsequent pay scales based on experience, with a standard Mon-Fri schedule and occasional Saturdays.

The role emphasizes safe material handling, accurate inventory movement, and readiness to obtain forklift certification. The candidate will read standard work, perform cycle counts, and assist with parts pulling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior forklift experience is required.
• Must become forklift certified within 30 days.
• Must be able to operate a hand-held scanner within 30 days.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stock and inventory all deliveries.
• Assist with new orders and cycle counts.
• Read and understand standard work and risk assessments.
• Demonstrate equipment and product understanding.
• Counts, weighs, secures, tags, palettizes and records material movement.
• Assist service operations with pulling and picking parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
