Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Under supervision, you will lift heavy items and operate a forklift while ensuring accurate documentation in the Warehouse Management System.

Typical qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years related experience. Day shift hours apply, with competitive starting pay and semi-annual increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Team-based in fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficient in reading and following instructions in multiple formats.
• Able to perform basic math operations for packing and inventory.
• Basic computer skills required for WMS and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Unload, direct movement of shipments to storage or work areas.
• Record incoming/outgoing shipments in WMS with accuracy.
• Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse areas and shelves.
• Replenish stock from reserve locations as needed.
• Operate forklift to move materials.
• May perform after-hours driving duties as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
