Starting pay is $16.72 per hour with a pay range of $16.72–$23.78. This full-time role includes benefits and relocation not offered. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

The position emphasizes material moves, documentation, and CPS practices, with safety as a priority and opportunities to grow within a global manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of duties in Shipping/Receiving and Production Support.
• Safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively both oral and written.
• Ability to operate fork trucks and battery Raymond lifts.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring devices.
• Basic math functions and measurement skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Follows all applicable policies and procedures including safety.
• Overtime schedule as needed to meet production needs.
• Performs duties per standard work (takt time, work sequence).
• Operates Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs).
• Completes required documentation and system transactions.
• Physically moves materials and supports production.
• Uses andon for variance from standard work.
• Supports CPS activities (5S, kaizen).
