Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse team member to support distribution center operations in Lebanon, Tennessee. You will handle inbound/outbound processes, process vendor returns, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS to efficiently move merchandise, stock locations, and prepare items for shipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment and handle merchandise safely.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
