Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, acquisitions, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Properly store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking systems, and reserve storage areas.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and route trucks; ensure merchandise is secured.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
• Process warranty merchandise, batteries, recalls, non-stock items, and vendor returns per policy.
• Follow hazardous material handling procedures per safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while completing tasks and workflows.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report promptly to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
