Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking systems, and reserve storage areas.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, route trucks, and freight shipments while ensuring merchandise is secured and protected from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy Resolution procedures.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement as needed.
• Process warranty merchandise, batteries, recalls, non-stock items, unsaleable merchandise, and vendor return goods according to policy.
• Follow procedures for hazardous material handling and disposal in line with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while completing warehouse tasks.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
• Identify unsafe conditions or practices and report concerns to leadership promptly.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
