Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center associate to support inbound, outbound, returns and acquisitions operations. You will process shipments, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise, ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role involves operating RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS, with a focus on inventory control and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Must follow operational, safety and quality procedures.
• Must maintain a safe work environment including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF tech, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills and shipping docs with merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, voice-picking systems and WMS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
