Job summary

OReilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations within the distribution center. You will receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.

You will operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems, ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety. Maintain proper documentation and comply with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Accurately match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills and shipping docs.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and RF technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, WMS, and voice-picking systems as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
