Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Jose, CA to receive, inspect, and process materials, while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will prepare, stage, and ship items, and operate forklifts as needed.

Training others on distribution processes may be required, and a benefits package is available. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping docs.
• Maintain inventory records and update systems for material tracking.
• Prepare, package, and stage materials for shipment, production, or distribution.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, order pickers).
• Stock and organize materials to support operations.
• Follow procedures and recordkeeping for compliance and accuracy.
• Use computer systems and drawings to support inventory, shipping, and warehouse ops.
• Assist in training others on distribution processes when needed.
