Job summary

RRD is seeking a Production & Manufacturing team member to palletize finished goods, wrap pallets, and load/unload materials to supported machines, ensuring quality and production goals.

You will operate equipment such as 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag, maintain safety standards, assist audits, and train new staff. This role supports a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at our facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate in English.
• Able to operate a pallet jack and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Palletize finished goods and ensure pallets are wrapped and stable.
• Load/unload materials and maintain inventory to machine units.
• Operate equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Follow safety policies and participate in audits.
• Train and support new team members.
