Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I for the Horn Lake, MS distribution center on 2nd shift. The role requires moving materials, loading/unloading freight, and operating forklifts and scanners.

You will verify materials, maintain inventory records, and assist with packing and stocking while adhering to safety procedures. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, experience in material handling, and working knowledge of warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in the material handling function.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Working knowledge of computerized warehouse systems.
• Clamp experience is preferred.
• Forklift operations experience (3–6 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and position materials within the warehouse or distribution center.
• Load and unload freight safely.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, scanners, terminals).
• Perform forklift operations as required on shift.
• Verify incoming material against documents for accuracy.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
• Assist with picking, packing, or material kit assembly as needed.
• Contribute to cycle counts, shipping/receiving accuracy.

Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Material Handler I in Horn Lake, MS.

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of office product solutions, has an opportunity available for a Material Handler I - 2nd Shift to join our Distribution Center located in Horn Lake, MS facility.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and move materials within division, plant, or warehouse.
• Load and safely unload freight.
• Operative all material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, hand trucks, handheld scanners, and computer terminals.
• Forklift operations duties.
• May verify incoming material against accompanying documents to determine completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records in the computer system.
• May assemble, pick or pack materials, and kit materials.
• Perform counting actives for physical inventory, cycle count, shipping or receiving accuracy.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Includes riding a cart and electric pallet jack.
• Move or remove materials to/from the appropriate storage area.
• Maintain clean, neat and orderly work areas, adhere to all safety rules and follow all established security procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Earn Well

• Hourly rate $18.00
• The flat rate for Material Handlers (Horn Lake, MS) is $18 / per hour to $18 / per hour
