Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Material Handler I for first shift (Mon – Fri, 11:30am – 8:00pm) to keep products moving through our warehouse. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and store inventory, and support shipping and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, WAV lift and RF scanner experience, basic computer skills, and a hands-on approach. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) lift and/or using RF scanners.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Package products according to shipping requirements with accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Prepare shipping labels and process shipments with carriers.
• Operate WAV lifts and barcode scanning devices safely.
• Support inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workspace.
