Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH, seeks a detailed Material Handler I to ensure accurate and timely shipment of customer and agent orders. You will verify, pack, and load outbound shipments (LTL and full truckloads) while maintaining product integrity.

This on-site role reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor. First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and pack outbound LTL and truck load shipments for correct quantities and items.
  • Ensure optimum loading of outbound trailers for accuracy, integrity, load sequence, and cube efficiency.
  • Verify proper loading to ensure safe transit of material to customers.
  • Operate digital scales and assist with dock flow; other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will be responsible for verifying, packing, and loading outbound shipments, including LTL and full truckloads, while maintaining accuracy and product integrity.This position reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor.
