Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a warehouse operative in Wichita, KS, to safely operate equipment used for moving packages and heavyweight freight. You will assist in pallet buildup and breakdown and coordinate with the ULD repair vendor as required.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk/stand for long shifts, and work in a noisy environment. Valid driver's license and flexibility with shifts are needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend, squat, and maneuver packages above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment for movement of packages and heavyweight freight.
• Assists in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
