Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a warehouse associate in New Hope, MN. This contract-to-hire role focuses on accurate tote filling, inventory movement with a sit-down forklift, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

You will work independently in a fast-paced environment with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities include operating a floor scrubber, using RF scanners for picking and inventory tracking, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting inventory counts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift experience (sitdown preferred).
• 1+ year in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year using RF scanners for picking or inventory.

• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Role Overview

This position keeps the warehouse running smoothly by accurately filling totes , maintaining a clean and safe facility , and moving inventory with a sitdown forklift . Youll work independently in a fastpaced environment where reliability, accuracy, and teamwork are valued. What Youll Do

• Fill totes accurately to support daily warehouse operations.

• Operate a floor scrubber to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

• Operate a sitdown forklift to move, load, and unload materials.

• Use RF scanners to pick, track, and verify inventory with accuracy.

• Handle general material movement , including loading/unloading trucks and staging inventory.

• Assist with inventory counts , organization, and stock maintenance.

• Perform mixing tasks following established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Work independently to complete tasks on time in a fastpaced environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.

• Maintain a clean work area and report hazards or equipment issues promptly.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
