Job summary

Spitzer is seeking a Material Handler in Houston, TX to join our team. This full-time, hourly, nonexempt role focuses on safe material movement, staging, and inventory control in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will load and unload materials, tag and label items, and operate material handling equipment with required training. Candidates should have 2–3+ years in a similar role and pass safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of material handler or related experience.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Knowledge of shop hazards and PPE.
• Training to operate pallet jack or crane is required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move material safely.
• Stage and locate materials in designated areas.
• Ensure items are tagged and labeled correctly.
• Follow company procedures and supervisor directions.
• Comply with all HSE regulations and safety requirements.
