Job summary

Smart International, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to manage plastic material handling, sorting, and shipping with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role supports a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in Houston.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, PMCS checks, and maintaining clean logistics areas. The position offers a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for advancement and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, organize, and sort plastic material.
• Separate, sort, and shovel scrap plastic materials for shipment.
• Load and unload materials into/from pallets, boxes, and baler.
• Apply strapping and wrapping to boxes and baled materials with hand tools.
• Perform routine PMCS on warehouse equipment.
• Keep warehouse production floor free of debris and scrap plastic.
• Sign warehouse shipments in/out of the warehouse log.
• Identify incoming box material contents and direct to appropriate queues.
