Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Material Handler to support manufacturing operations in Devens, MA or Clinton, MA. This full-time role involves receiving, moving, and issuing materials with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The position offers multiple shifts with a pay range of $16.34–$21.00 per hour and opportunities for career growth in manufacturing and logistics. Training and a supportive environment with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, inventory control, or material handling preferred.
• Basic computer skills with an ability to quickly learn inventory management and barcode scanning systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, and issue essential materials to ensure smooth production workflows, including dock-to-stock activities, material requisition orders, printed circuit boards (PCBs), floor returns, transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP).
• Accurately execute inventory transactions using scanners, computers, and inventory management systems, maintaining precise records.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and verifications to uphold inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly following safety policies and procedures.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing processes as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as required to support operational success.
