Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking a General Foreperson to lead industrial construction crews and ensure safe, efficient execution of projects. You will provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment to crews, under the direction of your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Position Summary

The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs
• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information
