Worley is a global company of energy, chemicals and resources experts with a presence in Australia and around the world. We are hiring a Material Handler General Foreperson to lead field crews, ensure safety compliance and coordinate materials, tools and equipment for the work packages.

The General Foreperson will work under the supervision of the site supervisor, plan activities, monitor crew performance, and train staff to meet project needs in industrial construction and maintenance contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Monitor paperwork for accuracy and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method.
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees.

Position Summary

The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.
