Job summary

Worley is seeking a General Foreperson for our industrial construction and maintenance projects. You will lead crews, coordinate planning and scheduling, ensure adherence to safety programs, and provide performance feedback to supervision.

Responsibilities include guiding job readiness, monitoring paperwork for accuracy, and ensuring cost-efficient methods while maintaining high safety and quality standards across site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Position Summary

The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.
