Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in Irving, TX seeks a warehouse operator to safely and efficiently operate equipment for moving packages and heavyweight freight. The role requires assisting with pallet buildup/breakdown and serving as liaison with the ULD repair vendor as needed.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work shifts Tue-Sat 3:00AM-9:00AM or Mon-Fri 7:00PM-12:00AM, and possess a valid in-state driver's license; drug screen and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk, stand, bend and squat for designated hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces.
• Must communicate effectively in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment for movement of packages/documents/heavyweight freight.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
