Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in Miami is seeking personnel to operate equipment safely for moving packages and documents, including heavyweight freight. You will assist in pallet buildup and breakdown and coordinate with ULD repair vendors when required.

Shifts include Wed-Sun 7AM-1PM or Mon-Sat 6PM-12AM, with pay at $18.79 per hour. A valid driver’s license, drug screening, and ability to work in various weather conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours
• Able to bend, squat and maneuver packages in enclosed spaces

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for movement of packages/documents/heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
• Assists in the buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
