Job summary

The Material Handler, Retail will primarily work in a production environment moving, storing, and retrieving donated products following Goodwill's warehousing and material handling procedures and guidelines.

They will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, ensure materials are available to prevent downtime, and support the production team. This role requires safety, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to different duties, including potential cross-training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience helpful.
• Powered Equipment Operator certification to operate forklift/baler and forklift certification possible.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds KPI for assigned duties.
• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift, and other equipment to move and store donated product.
• Ensure materials are available to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Prepare items for shipment and track shipments/receipts at docks.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and adhere to safety requirements.
