Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a part-time Material Handler, Retail to move, store, and retrieve donated products in our production environment. The role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining organized warehouses, and ensuring efficient product flow across multiple locations including our 8th St Donation Center and Circle Store.

Qualifications include a High School diploma (preferred), forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience is helpful.
• Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification to safely operate equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed productivity standards (KPI) for duties.
• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift or similar equipment to move and store donated products.
• Keep production areas stocked, organized, and clean to prevent downtime and ensure safe workflows.
• Prepare items for shipment and track goods received and shipped at retail docks.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies; assist with cross-training as needed.
