Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a Material Handler, Retail to move and store donated products in a production environment. The role uses pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment to support the production flow and ensure efficient, safe operations.

The position requires open availability and is full-time, with potential to work at multiple centers. Prior forklift experience is a plus, and there is a pre-employment drug screen and an 18+ age requirement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with storage, moving or shipping/receiving preferred.
• Able to operate powered equipment including forklift and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and retrieve donated products following warehousing procedures.
• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift or similar equipment to move items.
• Ensure production areas have sufficient materials to minimize downtime.
• Prepare items for shipment and track shipped/received items at docks.
• Keep warehouse and trailers organized, clean, and safe.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
